ASSOS Spring Fall socks
To create a mid-weight sock that combines comfort, support and an element of visibility, Assos needed to experiment with new yarns to do the job. Testing in mild spring and fall conditions led them to an ultra-soft yarn blend that provides lightweight compression hold and a touch of insulation along the foot, ankle and lower leg using Assos seamless construction. The unique hexagonal and square shape of the knit transfers moisture through the yarns to the outer surface, ensuring your feet stay dry and comfortable inside the shoe.From there, Assos focused on the arch, wrapping it with a ribbed band for added support and increased breathability, along with a contrasting reflective band along the Achilles lining for improved low-light visibility.
